About

passport-photo.jpg Born in Yorkshire, England, I moved to New Zealand where I spent my formative years - now I live in Melborne, Australia, although I still think of myself as a Kiwi. This is where you will often find my thoughts of the day, with the occasional vent, but first and foremost this is where I will share my passion for stitching.

Hello - just found your website and blog and have checked out your Webshots album - some beautiful stitching you have done! I was wondering about your Spring Basket finish shown in your 2007 album - is that a pattern available or your own design? It is wonderful, with the different stitches.
I live in Kansas, USA, and have been stitching for many years, enjoy mainly cross stitch, and like big pieces that take alot of my time! Also I have done canvas work and many needlepoint stitches. I have some of my finishes posted on Cyberstitchers.com, my album is “Chris” if you are interested!
Also I have never done a SAL, was wondering about that! You have some beautiful items, like the scissor fobs, that you have done in SAL’s - I think I’d like to hear more about that! If you are interested in giving me more info on this, my email address is tcwilson@wamego.net

And I’m really enjoying your website!
    Happy stitching
    Chris

Anne!! I found you at last! I had your old blog on my favorites list but it ended at December. I knew from Sharon you had been posting since then but I couldn’t get it to go any further :-(
I’ve just found you on a link from another blog - phew! Good to catch up on your life so far in 2007 - flat out like a lizard drinking, as usual! You mentioned your Mum’s visit…in a week or so - are you still planning to bring her out to visit me? Email or phone ASAP so I can keep the day free if you have one to spare.

    Hi,

I love the stitching tray and smalls you pictured on your blog and you say you have ordered it. How did you go about that as her blog is in french. I assume I can order it from the US but am not sure how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you! Laurie
